Blog Entry #3 by Matthew Bagnall

Developing intelligent perceptions along with having an efficient decision-making process is an integral part of creating a positive atmosphere in a group work environment. This is reflective upon our group and how we have been working together. By avoiding negative perceptions based on appearence and other nonessential factors our group was able to better analyze the skills each group member possessed. As a result, the group was able to smoothly assign different roles to each member based on their individual strengths. This led to a well-organized and effective decision-making process. Every member has been able to voice their opinions on which direction they think the project should go. Accordingly, everyone respects each others opinions and no one becomes apathetic towards the project. This leads to a well thought out decision-making process where everyone contributes. Additionally, nothing is rushed because everyone shares the common goal of creating a quality project.
