Blog Entry #3 by Justin Speich
Perceptions and decision-making processes have played a very positive role in our group project so far. The factor that has contributed the most to our progress was each group member's ability to use their sense of perception about each other when we first formed this group. Instead of everyone judging each other based on appearance, our group, myself included, got to know one another and perceived each other based on rational thought. This type of perception has shed a positive light on our group's work because we have come to know each other and have been able to work together by not making snap judgments or perceptions. As a group, whenever we are working on our project, I have found that the best type of decision-making process that has worked well for all of us is when we make decisions based on rationality. Every time the group is faced with a problem I do everything that I can to rationally think of a solution in order to positively progress our group work. Rational decision-making has definitely been a positive influence to me and to my group.
