Blog Entry #3 by Aaron Schrage

As a group our decision making has been very easy going. The group seems to agree with eachother from day one and that is because we all get along and understand eachothers perceptions and ideas on this topic. When our group first was introduced no one new eachother but that didn't stop us from getting to know eachother and working as a unit to finish the task at hand. Since our team gelled as one our progress towards the final project has been very positive. If you get some team chemistry (which we have) that will go along way as to how well our project will be. If our team ever has a conflict with anothers belief we will back track to how the arguement came about and will try to resolve it with critical thinking of all four members of the team. This team has been very positive all along and I don't see that changing over the upcoming weeks.
