When we completed the self-assessments, it said that I am an outgoing, live for the moment, unconventional and spontaneous type of person. I feel that those are true for the most part. When it comes down to our group work, I think all of the group members will be willing to go out of their way to get this project completed on time. I agree with what Justin said about him being a responsible, dependable and persistent person and how it is really playing a positive role in our group. He has sort of taken the position as group leader in a very uncontrolling manner and it is a valuable asset to our group I believe. For example, I missed last discussion section due to an illness and he was the first person to email me back and let me know what I had missed.
My goal is for this project to be completed in a timely fashion with every group member participating equal amounts. So far, I believe all our group members have positive attitudes towards the project and I believe that as long as we keep meeting our deadlines that we have set out ahead of time that we will have no problem finishing this project. I feel like there will be little conflict, if any, in our group. I think my attitude towards the group overall is very positive and feel that things couldn't be any better right now. Like I said, we are meeting our deadlines and on track.
