Attitude is definitely going to play a role in completing this project. So far, I feel like our group has had a positive attitude towards completing the weekly tasks and milestones. We want to make sure we don't put this project off until the last minute and I think everyone's positive attitude towards keeping that goal will play a major role in making this project go smoothly and completing it on time. I think we have a motivated group so I don't see there being a problem with this project.
There are three main components of attitude: cognitive, affective and behavioral. Cognitive is basically the way you feel about something, how you describe something or how you view something. Affective is the emotional state of how you feel. Being "angry" or "happy" is the affective component. The behavioral is the action you will take that was affected by your emotional state. Each component flows into the next. Cognitive flows into the affective component which flows into the behavioral action.
I think that Justin was very accurate in describing what our group is like. I think the mentality and hard work ethic that Justin was speaking of will without a doubt help our group through the project. I have no doubt that our group will be successful in completing this project and receive an above average grade overall.
